If you ever need to contact us, it always helps to have your details available, as we have to ask a few security questions before we can access your account.  Planet Talk takes the security of our customers seriously at all times.

 

You can email, or chat us, directly through the app as well, which is a great alternative if you are not able to call.  Just make sure you are adding all the details regarding your enquiry which will help us resolve any issues quicker, screenshots are also really important if you are able to add.

 

You can also follow us on Instagram, where you will have access to more of the amazing things we do, along with instruction videos on how to use our app.

 

It’s really important to always keep your app updated, to make sure you are getting the best experience and not missing out on offers.   Keep checking for those updates.

Deleting your Account

If you decide you no longer wish to use our services, (this will make us sad!) and would like to have your data deleted, you can request this within the app.  This action cannot be undone, and we check with you before processing your request.   

 

This action is to only be taken when you wish to remove ALL your data.  This is not to be used when re-installing the app.
