Adding credit couldn’t be simpler!  Either from the Home or  PROFILE screen, you’ll be able to add credit to your balance. When adding credit, make sure you select the correct amount, and if you have any promo codes, add them before you top up.


When making a payment with a credit/debit card, you will need to authenticate your card details when using for the 1st time.  For more information on this, please have a read over Authenticating your Bank Card.  The initial authentication will be for £0, this is to verify your card and you should follow the steps on screen and NOT press back.


You can add as more than one payment card.   You can delete you card details easily, just click on the 3 dots next to a saved card, and select delete, nice and simple.

 

You can set up auto top up, so the app does all the work for you when you get to a low balance level.  You can toggle this on and off within the Add Credit option.

 

Planet Talk is a self-use service and only YOU will have access to you card details and activating auto top up.

 

It’s really important to remember though, that your top up credit will expire, if they remain unused, 180 days after you topped up or made a call, whichever is the last activity you carried out in the app, so make a note of those dates.   You can find more details on this within our T&Cs.
