Make sure you don’t miss out on any promotions or offers, which range from free credit to new offers exclusive to Planet Talk customers, which we send out by push notifications, email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can do this by navigating to “Marketing Preferences” and adding your best email that we can contact you on, all found in the app SETTINGS:
*When switching on “Keep me updated” always make sure you activate notification alerts within your general setting for the Planet Talk app. If unsure how to do this, just call our team to find out how!
