You can make payments via Contacts page, just find your contact and click send and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can click on the send option and select the country to start the process.

 

When you are making a payment, you can choose if this will come direct from your saved card/apple pay/google pay, rather than your Planet Talk balance.  It’s important to check all the information you submit is correct, as mistakes cannot be rectified.  The total amount (the transaction amount and any service fees) that you must pay will be displayed clearly in the App before you are asked to confirm your Utilities transaction.

 

Once you have made a payment, you can keep track of all of them via the send tab, which will also show you the current statuses.

 

Initially your payment may show as pending. It’s important to know that payments can take up to 10 minutes to complete. Any voided transactions will show void in the Send screen.
